The Capital City Film Festival kicks off it’s inaugural festival this week, screening films from Michigan filmmakers, as well as films from around the globe. This Friday features a handful of great Michigan films at The Lansing Center in the “Made in Michigan Showcase”. Program begins at 5:30pm.
